Please join us September 7-10 as we gather to celebrate. This weekend will include workshops for students, meetings to discuss and plan our future, camping, and a ceremony to honor those that have helped us during our journey. Those who prefer not to camp, may secure their own lodging at the Prairie Knight Casino.
Schedule:
Thursday, September 7th: Arrive and set up camp. No meals provided but we will have a campfire.
Friday, September 8th
11:00am-5:00pm Indigenous Education on Standing Rock: Next Steps for Standing Rock (Sitting Bull College)
Free play and some activities for the kids (Campsite) Evening: Community Dinner (Campsite)
Saturday, September 9th
10:00am-4:00pm Community Art and Culture Workshops (Campsite)

5:00pm: Wiping the Tears Ceremony (Campsite)
